The Ruin pubs are wilder than I expected. There is definitely no shortage of things to do/see here and the exchange rate is very favorable.

Will this be a family trip through the Alps or are you alone/with other gearheads?

I’m unemployed until September 3rd , live in Munich (=1 hour from the Alps) and I was planning on doing an Alps trip in my Lancia turbo engine swapped 1987 Peugeot this August...

That sounds awesome. I’ll be with friends, I wouldn’t call them gearheads though. We will be doing some mountain biking. We may end up in Munich towards the end of the trip!
